Conference 2023 Registration

The PhD registration is displayed only for logged-in users who have a valid PhD membership at EAEPE.

Please, note that there are basically two options to register: (1) a non-member and (2) a member option as outlined in the CfP.

As EAEPE's 2023 conference will be held in hybrid mode, particpiants may also opt for an online particpiation, please choose ONLINE PARTICIPATION fees below in this case.

Please, note that in order to register to the conference, you need to have a valid EAEPE user account and logged in. Please go here to login or to sign-up.

To become an EAEPE member or renew your membership please go to the membership registration page.

Please, notice that in order to be included in the EAEPE 2023 scientific program you need to register to the conference by 1^st of July 2023. A draft conference program will be published soon after the registration deadline.

Please notice that participants registering before 10^th of June can take the advantage of a discounted early registration rate.

A furtherly reduced registration rate is available for EAEPE members (only registration with membership) from Greece, Cyprus, Eastern Europe and Turkey (available on previous application to Charlie Dannreuther, c.dannreuther@leeds.ac.uk and Oliver Kessler, oliver.kessler@uni-erfurt.de.)

Travel plans

Did you know that you can arrive in London from Paris, Brussels Midi at London St Pancras International  on the Eurostar? Cancellation policy
Written cancellations received before August 1^st 2023 will be refunded in full. After August 1^st 2023, no refund will be granted.
