EAEPE conferences now use the open conference system (OCS) to manage paper and abstract submissions, reviews and conference registration. The following link will lead you to the account creation form/login screen of our conference system: Account Creation Form.

First you will be asked for some information regarding your personal profile and thus create an account for our conference system. After this first step you will be automatically logged in, and see the "User Home" screen. There you will have the possibility to add a new submission by pressing "New Submission". The actual submission process only takes 4 short steps.

The abstract/paper upload follows in step 2 - please don't forget to press upload before you save (Please note that some older versions of Firefox seemed to cause problems with the upload). In step 3 you should enter the authors' information (which will be displayed on the conference schedule) - your data will be pre-filled, but you can add co-authors here. Please also include a short abstract of your paper in step 3 (you can copy/paste it), which will be used for the book of abstracts. The last step will ask you for a final confirmation after which you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Should you wish to submit additional paper(s), you can either do that immediately or anytime afterwards by pressing "New Submission" again on your "User Home" screen inside the conference system.

The submission system will automatically notify you about submission status changes (reviewer report/acceptance notification) via e-mail. You can always check the status of your submission(s) inside the conference system.
