Statement of Klaus Kubeczko for the EAEPE Council election: Given the obvious weaknesses of conventional economics in the present state, EAEPE should take the opportunity to serve as an attractive European forum for researchers that contribute to solving challenges of today based on sound theory and realistic views of the economy. Hence, I see EAEPE as an open forum to exchange ideas between institutional and evolutionary economist, and as a transdisciplinary forum for new ideas and concepts. I would like to continue my work at the EAEPE council to contribute to the continuous improvement and adaptation of the institutional framing that the association provides for a wide range of highly relevant Research Areas.
