How do I become an EAEPE member?
- You first need to create an account on this website. Click on 'Create new account' that you can find in the bottom left corner of the website. Enter your email address and the username that you wish to use on EAEPE website. Press the button 'Create new account'.
- You will receive an email with your account details (this may take up to 10-15 minutes). The email includes your username and a temporary password.
- Click on the link in the email, which will take you back to a page on the EAEPE website. On this page you will have to choose a new, personal password. Your username and password are your login details on the EAEPE website. To provide us with you your name, institution, address, etc., which are needed to purchase an EAEPE membership, press 'Edit' and 'Personal information'.
- To become an EAEPE member, click on 'EAEPE Membership' in the left panel and go to 'Membership Types'. Choose the desired form of membership, click on 'Add to cart', and then on 'Checkout'.
- If you are not logged in, enter your EAEPE username and password. The site will now present your personal information, press 'Continue'. Enter your billing address and click on 'Place your order'. A page will appear where you have to fill in your credit/debit card details (secure payment is processed by Ogone).
- Alternatively, to make a bank transfer directly to the EAEPE Treasurer, click on 'EAEPE Membership' in the left panel, go to 'Membership Types', and click on 'Membership Application/Renewal Form'. Further instructions are provided in the form.
How do I renew my membership?
- Click on 'EAEPE Membership' in the left panel, go to 'Membership Types', choose the desired membership type, click on 'Add to cart', and then on 'Checkout'. Enter your EAEPE username and password. The site will now present your personal information, press 'Continue'. If you agree with the billing address, click on 'Place your order'. How do I register for the Annual Conference?
- You need to be a paid-up EAEPE member to register for the conference (only when the conference registation is open).
- Once the registration is open, the option to register for the conference will appear at the bottom left of the EAEPE website next to 'My account'.
- Click on the 'Conference 20xx registration' tab. The payment procedure works in the same way as for the membership registration or renewal. Both secure online payment (processed by Ogone) and direct bank transfer to the EAEPE Treasurer are available. For the latter, click on 'Annual Conference Registration Form'.
- Please note that your credentials on this website are not necessarily the same as the username/password that you have created on the conference system website (http://eaepe.org/conferences) when you submitted an abstract.
How do I upload my final paper?
- To submit your final paper please login to the conference website http://eaepe.org/conferences. Please note that your login details may be different from the main EAEPE website. Click on either 'Author' or 'X Active' (X being the number of submissions, usually 1), then click on the title of the paper. The page that opens is entitled '#XXX Summary'.
- Click on 'Add a supplementary file', fill in the required data and upload the file at the bottom of the page. Press 'Save' to complete the operation.
How do I view my invoice?
- Once logged in, click on 'My account'. At the bottom of the page, click on 'View your order history'. A page will appear with your purchases of an EAEPE membership and/or a Conference registration. Click on 'View' for each line to see the invoice. Please note that the online invoice is available for payments (membership and/of conference registration) made online only.
