How to become an EAEPE member?

- Go to the link ‘create new account’, that you can find in the left bottom corner of the website. Fill in your email address and choose a username that you wish to use to enter the EAEPE website. Press the button ‘create new account’.

- You will receive an email with your account details (this may take up to 10-15 minutes). The email includes your username and a temporary password.

- Click on the link in the email, which will take you to a page on the EAEPE website. On this page you will have to choose a new password. With this password and username you may log in on the EAEPE website. You may press ‘edit’ and ‘personal information’, to fill in your name, address etc, which is needed to purchase an EAEPE membership.

- To become a member, you click on EAEPE Registration and Membership registration, choose the desired form of membership, click on ‘add to cart’, and on ‘checkout’.

- If you are not logged in, fill in your EAEPE username and password. The site will now present your personal information, press ‘continue’. When you agree with the billing address, click on ‘place your order’. A page will appear where you have to fill in your credit card number (payment is processed by Ogone). 

How to renew your membership?

- Click on EAEPE Registration and Membership registration, choose the desired form of membership, click on ‘add to cart’, and on ‘checkout’. Fill in your EAEPE username and password. The site will now present your personal information, press ‘continue’. When you agree with the billing address, click on ‘place your order’. A page will appear where you have to fill in your credit card number (payment is processed by Ogone).  

How to register for the Conference?

- Only after you have become an EAEPE member, or have renewed your membership, you can register for the conference.

- You login on the EAEPE website (left bottom), it will now give you the option to register for the conference.

- Go to EAEPE Registration and Conference registration. The payment procedure works the same as for the membership registration. 

How to view your invoices?

- Login on the EAEPE website (left bottom), click on ‘my account’. At the bottom of the page, press ‘view your order history’, a page will appear with your purchases of an EAEPE membership and/or a Conference registration. To see the invoice of your membership payment or conference payment, press ‘view’ on each line.
