During the EAEPE membership meeting on November 6, 2009, in Amsterdam three constitutional amendments were accepted. 

According to the EAEPE constitution, accepted amendments by the membership meeting “shall be circulated to all members together with a ballot. The ballot should be returned to the General Secretary”.

The EAEPE members will receive the ballot forms by normal mail. Information on the constitutional amendments and the ballot forms are also included in the attachment.
