GENERAL INFORMATION for participants

REGISTRATION
The registration desk is the lobby hall of the conference venue (main hall). It will be opened all day long
NAME TAG

Attendants will receive a name tag at the desk.

Only those with name tags are allowed to be served with lunch and dinner receptions.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of Attendance will be available after the conference. If you need the certificates, please let your name to the personnel at the desk.

FREE INTERNET (WIFI) AVAILABLE

Visitors from the eduroam-access institutions may establish a wireless connection using their own university’s eduroam credentials after selecting “eduroam” from SSID list.

All participants registered for the conference via the EAEPE website will receive a personal ID and password at the address indicated at the time of registration 48 hours before the start of the conference.

PARALLEL SESSIONS

When the name of the chair for the session is not indicated in the program, the last speaker in each session is the chair of the session. If that person is not present, then the second-to-last speaker takes the role of the chair to start the session on time.-Session Chairs are expected to be in the assigned lecture room at least 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. The presentation time is around 20 minutes per paper. Q&A time is 8~10 minutes. A beam projector is available for the presentation.

Please, prepare suitable a presentation file (with a PDF reader or MS Office PowerPoint).

 PLENARY SESSIONS

Please consult and coordinate with the chair.

 LUNCH & COFFEE

Coffee breaks will be provided by the University campus catering.

The buffets will be provided by the Food for Life Society.

No dress code for Gala Dinner.

VERY IMPORTANT!

 For security reasons, each participant's bag will be searched by a security team at the entrance of the Campus. Security agents will check your registration at the conference. So please

carry your passport or identity document with you.
