EAEPE offers a limited number of conference fee waivers to support scholars’ participation in the annual conference. In alignment with our broader equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, these grants are designed to support colleagues, particularly those from low-income or Global South countries, and/or those lacking institutional travel funding, who would otherwise face barriers to attending.

Fee waivers can only be granted for accepted presenters attending in-person.  EAEPE further requires the applicant to demonstrate their financial need. We therefore encourage you to provide a detailed explanation of your financial circumstances and how this funding is essential for your participation.
